- Please note that cash on delivery orders require commitment. If you cancel when the package is already out for delivery it causes a huge inconvenience as we still incur costs charged by the courier for picking up and having to return the package to us. Our packaging, labels and time is also wasted. Please be considerate and only place an order if you’re certain. If you cancel the cash on delivery option it will no longer be available to you in future. You will have to pay first.
- Please be courteous. If you place an order and would like to cancel please let us know in advance. We understand unexpected emergencies and occurrences happen. A short message would suffice. If however instead of communicating with us you decide to stop responding to our text messages or calls altogether when your package is out for delivery, you will be BLACKLISTED for wasting our time and we would not wish to do business with you in future.
- We kindly ask that you communicate with us in a respectful manner. Disrespectful customers will not be tolerated. Any obscene language, racial remarks, discrimination or inappropriate behavior received via any one of our social media platforms, you will be BLOCKED and BLACKLISTED.
