As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Nessa’s Fashion Therapy Boutique.The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase with, you agree to the terms and conditions that follow.
We commit ourselves to provide our customers with the best service. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care.
If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 3 days to request a refund/exchange and return your product/service.
As we are online based and do not have a physical location refunds/exchange will be done by the options below:
1.Courier Service- The package will be picked up by the courier and returned or exchanged in
1-2 business days after the customer’s request. Unless the wrong/damaged item/s was sent, return/exchange shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. Once the item/items are returned to in good condition we will proceed to refund your purchase via an online bank transfer.. It may take 1-3 days for the refund to hit your account.
2. Meet With Us- Although we are online based, arrangements can be made to meet with the customer to facilitate the return/exchange. Refund would be done by cash. There would be

- Must have proof of purchase(receip,invoic,text messages etc)
- Item/s must be returned in original packaging
